About Us
Hibiscus Flowers: Beautiful, vibrant, and only lasting a day. Reminding us to enjoy the moment while it lasts, but also that there will be a new bloom tomorrow.
Throughout our menu we incorporate local sorrel, a specific type of hibiscus called “Roselle”, popular in the Carribbean as a refreshing drink.
The hibiscus is seen as a symbol of good hospitality, which is provided in excellent customer service at Hibiscus Cafe.
Hibiscus Cafe is owner-operated by married couple Sadio and Nicole who give the cafe a unique charm with their hands-on approach.
Together they have a dream to combine their creative passions of culinary and visual arts into a venue that can be enjoyed by locals and visitors to the island.
